About Zaheed
Zaheed (Zed for short) was introduced to IT at a young age thanks to his parents. He has always enjoyed sharing his knowledge with people and being in Customer Success gives him the best opportunity to shine.
He has been at MASV since 2018 as our Customer Success Engineer. Among his responsibilities are: helping customers with general questions and technical problems; onboarding customers and providing demos; building customer solutions; developing internal tools, and being a friendly face for online workshops and MASV’s YouTube channel.

Zaheed has about a decade of Customer Success experience going back to Support Agent at Geek Squad and Technical Expert at Apple.
Education
- Diploma in Mobile Application Design and Development from Algonquin College in 2018.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Zaheed is a musician. He plays bass, guitar, drums and piano. He loves to play games with friends, paint Warhammer and learn new things.
